That decision must have been between Lukman and Aba Ruma/Turai. The authorities should first find out what informed the decision and the damage (financial loss) done so far from that set up

Jonathan is part of the problem of this country. The man is yet to get his acts in order rather he is busy looking for acceptability from all funny quarters instead of sitting down to the business of actually governing to serve the Nigerian people.

It's only in Niger one hears of such crimes and before you know it, we have all forgotten about it and life continues.
