Hello everybody outthere,i read through this story once again to see what peoples reations were to this pathetic and sensitive story put up by our author(Emily).

For goodness sake i wonder at times if our people do read and take time to digest whatever they read before making any comments or contributions(Positive or Negative).

Why are we so bias and sentimental about this issue,please lets our reaction(s) be general and not personal. The points is that,you hardly see a guilty person admit his or her guilt.

Like i said in my first comment,this was a reported story nobody can confirm its authenticity even our author(Emily).

She probably wrote on the bases of what she gathered,im sure she didnt meet Glorias husband for his own side of the story, that was the reason why i said we need to be very careful when the issue(s) between man and wife arises.

Ask the husband, im sure he will give basket full or reasons to justify his action(s),i mean this thing is vise viser,a woman can behave worse than this at times.

Please pardon me for using my local adage which says.....wen fly dey chop the man wey get soar,nobody see am but wen the man wey get soar kill the fly an put am for mouth,pepu com dey shout.

Another area in which we need to be careful was that of the mother inlaw, though, i wasnt so surprised with the reactions of one or two people who reacted in this write up because about 70 % of our women would rather want their mother inlaw dead before marrying their sons but mind you no mother, i mean no good mother would ever forld her arms and allow evil to befall her son,

even Gloria herself will never allow such a thing to happen.So my dear,what the hell are we blaming the mother inlaw for. We dont know what transpired in this family,we are only reacting on reported story.

Finally,please dont forget that i am not justifying Glorias husbands action(s) nor am i taking side with with him but we should be always careful in our judgement because GOD Amighty is the best judge who judge everyone accordingly.

And for those women who want their mother inlaw dead for one reason or the other,remember whatever your wish for your mother inlaw so your daurghter inlaw would wish for you( this i normally tell my wife from time to time)

This is not a caurse but ,the law of GOD which says....whatever measurement you use for others will be used for you as well.

My prayer to GOD Amighty is to forgive all and help reconcile Gloria and her husband so they can become one happy family again.....amen.

And for Gloria i would advise you take solace in GOD and pray for HIS devine intervention over those evil forces that may want to ruin your marriage.

We will remember you in our prayer as well.Good luck.

that man is a big fool.it easy is because things has turnaround for her.

my sister my advice for you is that you should continue pray to God and seek is wheel and he is going to see you though.but let the man know that whatsoever he did to somebody they will also do it to he or his sister.

as for his mother let her remember she is also a woman and she has female childern if somebody did that to her daughter how will she feel.

In America we have freedom of choice and we have divorce sometime if thing does not work out as plan resort to back up plan in most cases you make one up if she was able to sustain herself and her husband before they get married and have two kids .she should not let any mother inlaw or husband who is not manly enough to stand up for his wife prevent her from moving on with her life.

she should look for a new job with support of her friend and family she will get a job .

The kid always know who there mother is once she started to do okay the kids will come around. Next time around get to know the man you want to fall in love with before you decided to marry if need ever arise again. Good luck.

That man is a fool, to allow his mother rule his house for him.

He is simply being wicked, and whatsoever any man sow, so shall he reap.

Wo tell aunty Gloria its not that serious. Atleast she is still alive..people have gone through worse, and even gotten killed by their so called husbands.

We as human beings esp women need to learn to stop all this self pity nonsense. No man is worth it except God.

e don happen, e don happen, cry as much as you can, dust your feet, get up and take control of your life even if it means starting afresh without the guy.

People will be bad to you, you can’t control other human beings and what they can or cannot do. just to wallow in pity for too long please.

Hi Emily,let me say thank you for putting up this story for everybody to read.Its a nice thing you have done at least to arose peoples sympathy or supports for the lady in question but at the same time one has to be very careful in ones jurdgement, most expecially when it comes to the issue(s) of man and wife.
From my own point of view i think the two(man and wife) know and understand eachother well.

Another thing is that as a christain, we should always remember the scripture that says....Judge no one so you shall not be judge.....i believe if you hear the mans side of the story,he may proberbly have a point(s) for any action(s)he took against his one time loveable wife.
I am not taking side with this man nor am i supporting his action(S) but all im saying is that nobody can come in between man and wife,so lets be careful.

My prayer to Almighty GOD is have pity on this family and help bring back the one time cherished lost love so the two can live happily as man and wife again.

Well, no be africa we come from, there are times when women tend to do things in a different way, we don see women, go sleep with other men for money, job and cars

even take them hubby do juju while the man be vegetable(just figure head). Yoruba say eni baa lomo, Eni moo lo le so. Just because she dey provide, in trouble days, no mean say the man was not going through female dominance at home, come on lets face it.
