Let me thank Mr. Emmanuel Kwache for the effort and spirit put together to write out this article. But I would want to state that this is not the nitty-gritty that I had expected to see. The article bothers more on general report like one can have from any ministry or parastatal organisation. By being too general, details or specifics are lost. It is not the general items that make up nitty-gritty but the details on the specifics. You may choose to re-examine this issue.
