Beware of requests for submission of CVs for consideration and appointment into govt positions - SGF

Humm! The office of the SGF seems rooted in ancient rather than modern style of admistration. The ancient approach would have been to inform the public to beware. But the modern approach would have been to use "sting operation" to apprehend the fraudsters.

Thereafter the general public would be informed of their activities whilst prosecuting them. Like Adejoke wrote, the registration of SIM cards makes crime fighting easy. The SGF office should be more proactive. God save Nigeria.

I am happy with the information on the activities of fraudsters concerning government appointments. I will suggest that Government should get to the root of those behind the act. I got this type of message twice by sms and even went ahead to call the phone number attached and the lady answered the call and 'confirmed' that it is true and that she is a secretary in the press unit of the office of the Secretary to FG.

The numbers used are 08108513511 on 30/08/2013 and 08161511289 on30/09/2013.
If this site is functional and the nation is serious at fighting this type of fraudulent practices, it should not be difficult (with the registration of lines before activation) to trace these individuals and bring them to book.
