What is new about this verdict from the court, I don't know why Nigerians are surprised, this very scenario was published months ago by pointblank.com news and saharareporters.com it played out as it was written.
Nation where justice is bought and paid for can never see any meaningful progress----
Ibori and his criminal gangs 1-vs-Nigeria 0
The world awaits to see what the girls scout aka EFCC will do.

This is democracy at work. The court has spoken, the Judges have ruled and their ruling must be respected. EFCC and other interested parties can appeal to the higher court or even to the Supreme court of the land if they so determine.
Political statements are not appropriate in this topic, for the interest of the nation and the independence of the judiciary.

Then tomorrow, Nigerian Leaders, sorry, looters ,would be disappointed why they are not invited to any serious forum where international civilized and responsible Leaders are meeting or discussing important issues.
Igbinedion- 25,000 pounds paid for 21million pounds.
Bode George -only 2yrs 6months for N81billion
Ibori- All 170 count charges dismissed.
Indeed Nigeria, the giant of africa

I said this from the start, that the removal of former EFCC Czar was a plot to take Nigeria back to Corruption high index, and that all the achievements, no matter how little then, will vanish. I, also, said that, This guy was removed so that Ibori can go scot-free.
Starting from Igbenedion, with a slap of $25,000 for stealing $25,000,000, and all the other high profile cases that have gone weaker than the lamb. Eventually, there will be no deterrence for office holders and politicians stealing from the state and federal treasuries.
Just from the way the case has been conducted, three times the ruling was delayed. What was the Judge waiting for all those three times that the case was adjourned? Waiting for an opportunity to drop the bombshell. This was a plot from the onset. How can the Judge dismiss the evidences presented before her, especially, the $35 million cash that was seized in London. His wife was arrested in London with an undisclosed amount of cash, and Mr. Ibroi can't account for all the funds deposited into the State's treasury from federal allocations.
This is just a huge Joke, weather, one agree with me or not. Nigeria is lossing it and she is lossing it faster than expected!!!!!!!!!!!!

i for one didnt expect anything less cos from the so called atty general and every one else involved in this sordid saga are in the same boat, they either sink or swim together, but one thing though, they can laugh now, for those who laugh last laugh best........There is GOD.......period.....
His justice is supreme.......there will be no stupid atty gen.....nor any judge to acquit him and his cohutrs. my advise to those would be governor of the future go ye therfore loot the states or countrys treasury no one can do any thing to you. as long as the bull dog face andooaka is there you are safe.......period. you will be silly to be a Nuhu Ribadu nor El-Rufai cos they will concort and frame lies to justify their devlish plans.
