I think it is a wholesome idea. How could parents, after training their wards in the higher institutions, lose them in a twinkle of an eye owing to unscrupulous behavious. It is very painful. Now look at the prevailing condition that has held the entire country for ransom, how can one expect a parent that loves his/her child to agree for him/her to be posted to the areas where the menace is prevalent? Let them feel the absence of corps members for once.
