MR PSYCHOPHANT GOMINATOR - Take a brief moment, and ask your conscience, if this is a proper thing to do or not? And where are your stupid advisers? Common fool....., stop insulting our intelligence.

It is very sad to note that with the current crises in the country, people can still commit this type of mistake. Is Patience the only woman left in Bayelsa? How possible can she double as first lady and Permanent Secretary? Just simple logic. She cant. Yet money (salary and allowances of all kind will be flowing. Haba.
Think of the masses. Let your conscience judge you. Is it right, is it proper, Is it Lawful.

I find it difficult to believe that the piece of crap article sailed through the editor's table and into the papers. You say someone was appointed as one of the 17 Perm Secs, then you go on to say the person and 17 others were elevated to the position of perm secs.

Were there 17 people of 18 people. Abi una no sabi count? Then anyway, this kind of thing can only happen in Naija that is why substandard articles like this too are only written in Naija.

Peace.
