U.S. customs officials have seized a bird's head placed in a container of homemade black soap from the luggage of a Nigerian traveler. The Nigerian was issued a $300 fine and the bird head was destroyed.
US Customs say they also seized another bird's head in soap from another Nigerian traveler four months ago.
