Graphic:Broken Heart Breaking up, most of the time, is one of the hardest things to do. Not just because we love the person that we're breaking up with endlessly, but also because as human beings, we don't like change.

It's true that sometimes it's because we love who we're with but really if you think about it, you'll realise that change also has a great part to play in it; I mean, this is someone we've been with for quite a while, someone we've shared memories with and planned our lives with.

It wouldn't really matter to us if the person was actually wrong for us, it's just the thought of starting all over again. It's also the fear of not being able to cope without this person who has been a vital part of us for a while.

But you see, there actually isn't any body, boyfriend, girlfriend, etc we can't cope without, nobody at all!

No matter how attached we are to the person, we can get over the person. It just takes time. Time and the determination to conquer and the belief that we can actually do it.

Graphic:Broken Heart If we accept in our hearts that the only person we can't do without (assuming we want to catergorize HIM as person, is the Almighty), We will be able to move on no matter how much we care> It might hurt us for a while but eventually we would do it because the truth is that nothing happens which is not for our good.

And so if we did indeed break up with the person, then it probably was for our good but whatever the situation, we can cope and we will cope provided we're willing to.

No one is indispensable, so if we have to, we can do without anyone
