wiped the tears from his eyes...
Kissed me softly as he told me goodbye...
My heart was pounding as he walked away...
There was nothing I could do but
so much I wanted to say...
He closed the door...
Tears were rolling down my face...
I fell to the floor with no one to embrace...
I wanted to stop him...
but something inside...
held me back...
Probably my pride
I let him go though it tore me apart...
Once again here i am...
With a broken heart...
