I'm Perplexed,
my new light bulb just exploded,
but it read "made in Japan",
and NEPA is "made in Nigeria"
Oh, I forgot, they are not compatible.

I'm Perplexed,
I wanted to listen to my cassette tape,
I pressed play, but nothing happened.
Theres the FM and current too,
Oh I forgot, its half current, thats terrible.

I just made a photocopy,
with an eraser, I wiped everything off,
it was at three Naira per page
"five Naira photocopy is clearer", said the lady
Now thats really horrible
