    The Only Needed Sacrifice

Submitted By: John "The Beloved" Ajewole

I do not need to die anymore.
My Jesus died for me, he bled and He was sore.
On Calvary's tree, he paid it all,
and He says to you and me, to everyone, "come" is His call.

Thank You Jesus for dying for me,
my sins were cleansed, I was bound but now I'm free.
Thank you Jesus for your blood,
It was shed for me and for the whole world.

All the host of heaven rejoiced when Jesus rose again.
All the power of death together lost, victory regained.
Thank you Jesus for your ultimate sacrifice,
for it was done for all of man. T'was enough and concise.

It was Halleluyah glory when I was born again
my name was written in God's book, I have heaven to gain.
Thank you Jesus, my life to you I give,
Take it, use it and make of it your best weave.

Salvation is free for all, He paid for it once,
His blood flowed for all, He died once, not twice.
His death was valid, is valid and forever will be valid.
Thats the only sure thing on planet earth that is solid.

Christ our great master said "Come unto me,
All ye that labor and heavy laden be
And I will give you rest". The promise of rest is sure,
but still, many of us love labor and so take a detour.

Christ's sacrifice is all we need on planet earth.
He paid it all, saved man from ultimate death,
gave him hope for eternity in heaven with God,
and power to spread his coasts on earth abroad.
