Thank God for Misfortune

I might have not found life plays so different a tune.
Now I understand the melody of life;
a fulfilled man is not one with a wife,
a degree or one with a fat paying job.

Misfortune introduced the Pauper's perspective
that fortune is attractive,seducive yet,deceptive.
Now I know putting a smile on someone is the greatest gain.

If not for the fortunate encounter with misfortune,
life would have been a boring barrel of beer.
I would have been savouring it's deception from mor' til noon.
And never know the greatest deed to do.
