    Black Song
Submitted By: Kunle "Kool Heart" Olawale

The sun must have lost its memory
For it forgot to shine today
Someone must have changed the wind's melody
For tonight, it had a different tune to play
I wonder who stole the moon
And made the darkness drag on
    I think I've lost my silver-spoon
For there's no glitter in this black song

My friend who pastes diamonds in the sky at night
Only to peel them off in the morning
Taught me to read between wrong and right
How come I didn't see the warning?
I know if Cupid hadn't lost his arrow
He would have sent it to where went wrong
Perhaps we should start afresh - "Hallo!.....
....My name's Kunle; ever heard my Black song?
