The first day of the rest of my life
And this being so,

I'll never again fall for an un-deserving jerk,
Loose my common sense over a guy
Stay home in case he phones,
Get depressed because he doesn't,
Or fantasize wildly about what it would be like if he should...

Fortunately tomorrow is the first day of the rest of my life
I'll start then.
