Through the paths of life, I've searched for love
At times when the illusions of it's existence burnt in me
In places where the shadows ofm it's presence mitigates
and in a manner that intoxicates more than fresh wine
It's conditions tantalizes my soul to pain, guilt and anger
In the dececption of the real nature of love I dwelt
wallowing in ignorance of the essence and meaning of love
suffering in the mist of that which should bring happiness and joy
And my heart bleeding at the folly of my whole effort
At a point when my soul pants in death, the still voice filled my soul
Bringing the love that I've sought for in a micro-second
and giving me the essence and reason to love, ` cause
I've been loved
Love; the reason of creation, the essence of life and foundation of friendship
The love I'll forever sought for; I found in Jesus, cause he is LOVE
