I Say Yes! to Seyi

Friday, Gosh. Thank God it's Friday!
I woke up and walked to the bathroom with Bisola. I had to give her the low down in the bathroom.
She told me I had done a risky thing and, if I love myself, never to do it again.
After lectures, I went to the lagoon front to reflect on my life and it was there I recognized that over the last few weeks, I was becoming too adventurous and bold. I need to calm down a bit and be more selective about the people I hang out with.
I made up my mind to have a talk with Seyi as soon as possible.
When Seyi came to visit in the evening, I told him I wanted to talk and when he asked about what, I told him it was about our relationship together. He asked if I was interested in him and I simply said yes.
He stood up, hugged me and pecked me. We took a long walk where we went to talk some more.
When I got back. I told Bisola about my decision. And all she said was that she knew I was going to say yes to Seyi, it was just a matter of time and she was happy for me.
With Seyi, I began a new life; the first three days were beautiful. It was very lovely. We saw each other at least 6 hours everyday and we didn't run out of words to say, gist to yarn and so many other things to do together.
We continued on our long walks and also with the lagoon front cuddling. It felt really special and nice. It was a whole new beginning for us.
Our first semester exams are moving closer and we had to catch up on our readings.
I read like no man's business courtesy of the crew, I thought it was going to be difficult but funny enough it was easy.
My exams came and men, It was two tough weeks of pure torture. Anyway I expect my G.P to be nothing less than 3.0 because of the hard work I did.
After the exams we had two weeks break. I wasn't really looking forward to it or even expected to enjoy it because it meant not seeing Seyi regularly.
I was a bit downcast but Seyi said it would be okay, We will find a way to see each other.
Seyi was so sweet!
My two-week's holiday began today and I'm already dreading it. I packed some of my stuff and went home. They were all very excited to see me.
In my house, we are all girls. Four to be precise. I'm the second to the last born
My eldest sister works for an oil company her name is Simisola. The second born is in school, and her name is Bukola. The last born or baby as we call her affectionately, is Ladun. She is a case, She is in S.S.3, preparing for her exams.
I had to jist them about campus life. They wanted to know every detail of my life at school. I told them every single thing that happened but, of course, didn't tell them I have a boyfriend.
I also gisted Ladun about the crew since we're especially close even though the age gap between us is 4 years.
Although the gap between Bukky and I is smaller (3yrs), we're not close because we are of two different personalities.
On my second day at home, I went to see Belinda. She's going to do G.C.E and Jamb again.
I told her about Kingsley and what happened, She was upset although she kept quiet but I'm fast in reading emotions.
I then swore to myself not to get involved with him again because I wouldn't want to get her upset again.
I yarned her about Seyi, and told het that she will meet him soon. I also yarned her about the crew, She said she would like to meet them.
I told her she'd probably meet the lot on Bisola's birthday on April 4th. I asked her to come along with me to go and see Toyin my best friend.
We've been friends since primary one. She's preparing to travel soon. We went and I gisted her same thing.
I got home late to meet raking of the highest order. Momsie couldn't understand what we were discussing for hours. She raked, at the back of my mind I was saying even if she rakes till thy Kingdom come, I would still go and see them the next day.
On Thursday, Seyi came to see me.
I dragged him to meet Belinda and Toyin but Toyin was not around, Seyi enjoyed himself, he stayed for like five hours and finally left for his house.
I was excited, I asked Belinda if she liked him. She said yes but something told me she was lying but I kept it to myself.
I was at Belinda's house the next morning, when guess who came to visit, Kingsley!
He acted like nothing was wrong, you wouldn't even believe if you were told.
After sometime, I decided to leave I was on my way, when Belinda said she was going to the market.
I saw her off to the b/stop and came back only to meet Kingsley. He was hanging around. And immediately he saw me, called out my name.
"Yes, can I help you?" I asked when he called my name.
"Honey, don't be annoyed with me, I fucked up the other day"
"It was a big Major fuck up, considering the fact that you are toasting Belinda, I don't want anything to come between me and her? I said
"Take it easy, who told you I toasted her" he said
"From the horses mouth" I replied.
